Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website www.gradmateglobal.com or engaging any services offered by Gradmate Global Consultz (GGC). By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

1. About GGC

Gradmate Global Consultz (GGC) is a professional overseas education consultancy headquartered in India, dedicated to guiding students through every stage of their international academic journey. Our services span university selection, application preparation, visa assistance, scholarship guidance, and pre-departure support for destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and beyond.

GGC operates under applicable Indian laws and regulations governing education consulting and related professional services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.gradmateglobal.com, submitting an enquiry, registering for our services, or signing a service agreement with GGC, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are a minor accessing our services with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
  • You consent to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Services Offered

GGC provides a comprehensive range of overseas education consultancy services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Profile Evaluation: Assessment of academic qualifications, test scores, and professional experience to identify suitable institutions and programmes.
  • University Shortlisting: Curated recommendations of universities and programmes aligned with the client's profile, aspirations, and budget.
  • Application Assistance: Guidance on completing and submitting applications, reviewing personal statements, and compiling supporting documentation.
  • Standardised Test Guidance: Advisory support for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and other required examinations.
  • Scholarship & Financial Aid Guidance: Information on available scholarships, grants, and funding opportunities at target institutions.
  • Visa Application Support: Assistance in preparing and organising documentation required for student visa applications.
  • Pre-Departure Orientation: Briefings covering accommodation, travel, cultural adjustment, and academic expectations.
  • Post-Arrival Support: Continued guidance after the client arrives at their study destination, where applicable.
The specific scope of services rendered to each client is defined in the individual Service Agreement or Engagement Letter entered into between GGC and the client prior to commencement of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable GGC to deliver its services effectively, clients are expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation at all stages of the engagement.
  • Promptly notify GGC of any changes to academic qualifications, test scores, employment status, or personal circumstances that may affect the application process.
  • Review all drafts, documents, and submissions prepared by GGC carefully and provide timely feedback and approval.
  • Adhere to all application deadlines communicated by GGC or the respective institutions.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with GGC staff and partner institutions at all times.
  • Ensure all documentation submitted is authentic and free from misrepresentation. GGC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against academic fraud or document forgery.
  • Make all agreed payments in a timely manner as per the terms of the Service Agreement.
GGC reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund if a client is found to have provided false, misleading, or forged documentation. GGC shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such conduct.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

5.1 Service Fees

All fees for GGC services are outlined in the Service Agreement provided to each client prior to engagement. Fees may vary based on the scope of services, destination country, and the number of universities included in the application plan.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Fees are payable as per the schedule defined in the Service Agreement (typically in instalments aligned with service milestones).
  • All payments must be made through authorised payment channels as communicated by GGC.
  • GGC does not accept cash payments for consultancy services.

5.3 Refund Policy

  • Registration / Initial Consultation Fee: Non-refundable once services have commenced.
  • Service Fees (Partial Completion): In the event a client discontinues services after commencement, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any refund for uncompleted services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • University Application Fees: Fees paid directly to universities or third-party platforms are non-refundable and governed by the respective institution's policies.
  • Visa Fee Refunds: Embassy and visa application fees are entirely outside GGC's control and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gradmateglobal.com within 14 days of the relevant service milestone. GGC will review and respond within 21 business days.

6. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

GGC provides professional advisory and application support services. However, admission decisions are made solely and independently by the respective universities, and visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant immigration or embassy authorities.

GGC does not guarantee admission to any university, programme, or scholarship, nor does it guarantee the approval of any visa application. Any representation to the contrary — whether made orally or in writing — by any unauthorised individual purporting to act on behalf of GGC shall have no legal effect.

GGC shall not be held liable for rejection of any university application or visa, regardless of the reasons cited by the institution or immigration authority.

7. Confidentiality

GGC treats all client information — including academic records, financial details, personal statements, and correspondence — as strictly confidential. We are committed to protecting this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law, regulatory authority, or as necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g., sharing documents with universities or visa authorities as part of the application process).

Clients similarly agree to keep confidential any proprietary materials, processes, or guidance provided by GGC during the course of the engagement, and not to reproduce, distribute, or commercialise such materials without written authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on www.gradmateglobal.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Gradmate Global Consultz or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may access and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, transmit, or modify any content from this website without prior written consent from GGC.
  • Unauthorised use of GGC's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Templates, checklists, and guidance documents shared with clients during the service engagement are for the client's personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.

9. Website Use & Conduct

  • You will not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, server, or database.

  • You will not knowingly upload or transmit any material containing viruses, malware, or other malicious code that may disrupt the operation of our website.

GGC reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at its sole discretion if any of the above conditions are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GGC, its directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of admission, scholarship, or visa opportunity.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content published on our website, including university or scholarship information that may have changed.
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or inaccessibility of the website due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Actions or decisions made by universities, embassies, or immigration authorities.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, GGC's total cumulative liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service in relation to which the claim arises.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GGC and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • The submission of false, forged, or misleading documentation.
  • Any third-party claim resulting from your use of our services or website.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to external websites, university portals, government immigration platforms, and third-party service providers. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.

GGC does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by third-party websites. We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external platform you access through our website.

Any transactions or interactions you conduct with third parties are solely between you and that third party, and GGC shall have no liability in connection therewith.

13. Termination of Services

By the Client: You may terminate your engagement with GGC by providing written notice to info@gradmateglobal.com. Termination will be subject to the refund and payment terms outlined in Section 5 and your Service Agreement.

By GGC: GGC reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect and without refund in the following circumstances:

  • Submission of fraudulent, forged, or materially misrepresented documents or information.
  • Repeated failure to meet agreed timelines or provide required documentation after reasonable notice.
  • Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct towards GGC staff or partners.
  • Non-payment of agreed fees beyond the grace period specified in the Service Agreement.
  • Breach of any term of these Terms & Conditions or the Service Agreement.

Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations and intellectual property restrictions shall continue to remain in force.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or grievance arising out of or in connection with these Terms or GGC's services, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

  • Step 1 – Informal Resolution: The aggrieved party shall notify GGC in writing at info@gradmateglobal.com, providing a clear description of the issue and the resolution sought. GGC will endeavour to respond within 15 business days.
  • Step 2 – Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
  • Step 3 – Arbitration / Litigation: If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts as specified under Section 15.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes that are not resolved through the process outlined in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

If you access our services from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

16. Amendments to These Terms

GGC reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Display a prominent notice on our website for a minimum of 30 days.
  • Notify active clients via email where the changes materially affect ongoing service engagements.

Your continued use of our website or services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
